AIRTEK PROJECT - BALLINA COAST HIGH SCHOOL
Ballina Coast High School is the first government High School in NSW to be fully air conditioned and managed by a complete Building Management System.
Airtek® Building Management System (BMS) controls all mechanical plant via a 15" touch screen mounted in the Admin department office. There is no software or computer required. The touch screen provides all the necessary operator functionality as well as Trend Logging, Alarm Reporting/Logging etc.
Airtek was required to implement energy management strategies by HLI interface with the onsite weather station, controlling window louvers and the mechanical plant to ensure maximum energy savings and indoor air quality is achieved.

- 1 x Weather Station for window louver automation and HIL interface with the BMS
- 110 x Chilled Water Fan Coils with indiidual control panels interfaced with BMS
